All three of these KSStorm69 pictures were taken within minutes of each other. Storms that passed us by in the late afternoon were rare, but the combination of angry clouds and bright sunlight made dramatic photo opportunities. This is looking southeast toward an old chicken hatchery in the background and the outbuilding shown head-on in the peony photo. We raised sheep in this field when I was growing up. My parents later had it excavated and turned into a pond where dad fished and mom swam.
