Mike's on the Move

Now that the writing's done, Mike's left his cave to promote his upcoming novel, The Spirit and the Skull. He's already submitted a new blog to LadyKillers, and he'll be taking part in signings in Scottsdale and Tuscon, as well as moderating what should be a fascinating discussion featuring a panel of American Indian writers in Tuscon in October.

Mike will also be throwing a book release on or around the big date of August 5, which is when The Spirit and the Skull officially drops.

Already the book's received some good pre-release buzz, including a starred review in Booklist, and Publishers Weekly tagged it as "thought-provoking" and "impressive."
